Code of Conduct

Politeness and respect are essential and this applies to both buyers and members of our team.

Imagine Events wants everyone to have a good time in a healthy, pleasant and positive environment .

Any form of violence will not be tolerated.

If you do not respect these basic rules, we reserve the right to ban you from our next events and without the possibility of refunds.

Refunds

Regarding our virtual events, Imagine Events offers the possibility of having a refund if the participant can no longer attend and/or if the event is postponed or canceled.
In this case, Imagine Events needs be informed 15 minutes before the mentioned activity. Otherwise, the refund cannot be made.

Regarding our personalized items, once our items are made and sent, we do not accept any refunds unless the item arrived damaged. In this case, photos must be provided as proof.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post once the package is in their hands.

If the package seems lost after investigating with Canada Post, we can offer a refund.

Please note that Imagine Events is not responsible if you have to pay customs fees.

If a situation violates our code of conduct, Imagine Events reserves the right to offer no refund.
